FAQ

How do you handle discipline?

At our center, we uphold the principles of positive discipline, emphasizing constructive approaches to nurturing children's behavior:

  • We employ redirection techniques to gently guide children towards more appropriate behaviors.
  • Positive reinforcement is a cornerstone of our disciplinary approach, where we celebrate and encourage positive actions and behaviors.
  • Our methods are rooted in fostering a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes self-esteem and emotional well-being.
  • We prioritize understanding each child's individual needs and preferences to tailor our approach effectively.
  • By consistently applying these techniques, we aim to cultivate a respectful, cooperative, and inclusive atmosphere where every child can thrive.
Will there be conferences?

Absolutely! We provide a back-to-school night annually in the beginning of the school year, for you to meet with the teachers and learn all about the program in the classroom. Additionally, you are welcome to schedule a conference with your child’s teacher at any point throughout the year.

These conferences serve as valuable opportunities for us to discuss your child’s development, academic growth, social interactions, and any other aspects of their educational journey. We believe in open communication and collaboration with parents to ensure the best possible support and understanding of each child’s unique strengths and areas for growth.

Will there be daily reports?

Certainly! Pictures and daily reports of your child's activities and special moments will be shared through Procare, our comprehensive communication platform.

Through Procare, you'll receive regular updates and snapshots that capture your child's engaging experiences and developmental milestones throughout their time with us. This ensures that you stay connected and informed about your child's daily adventures and progress in a convenient and secure manner.

Can parents visit?

We are pleased to offer tours during off-peak hours, available at 6:00 PM on weekdays, or we can happily accommodate you on weekends as well. Please note that for the safety and privacy of all children in our care, parents are generally not permitted inside unless it is for a scheduled office visit.

We observe closures only on major holidays throughout the year. A detailed list specifying exact days for these closures is distributed to parents annually, typically in August.
